Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber (approx. 6-7 SRM). Brilliant clarity with persistent effervescence. Massive, long-lasting, rocky white head that leaves dense Belgian lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate to significant intensity featuring spicy, peppery phenols and fruity esters of orange and lemon. The malt character is light and grainy-sweet, showcasing the Pilsen malt with a very subtle toasted undertone. Hops are low and floral.
Taste. Initial soft malt sweetness followed by a complex interplay of spicy yeast phenols and citrusy esters. Pilsen malt provides a honey-like background. Medium to high bitterness from the aromatic hops provides a firm structure, leading to a dry finish with a lingering malty and pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
