Siren Craft Brew

This celebratory American IPA pays homage to the classic West Coast profile, delivering a vibrant sensory experience defined by its bold hop forwardness. Built on a foundation of Pale malts, the beer maintains a lean, clean base that allows the hops to command center stage. On the nose, punchy citrus aromas leap forward, followed by deep, resinous pine notes and a touch of floral spice. The palate is greeted by an assertive, unapologetic bitterness that is both crisp and refreshing, harmonizing with flavors of grapefruit zest and forest floor. It finishes exceptionally dry and clean, perfectly embodying the spirit of a high-gravity West Coast ale.

Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves rings of lacing as it recedes.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit zest, orange peel, and fresh pine resin. A low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a subtle supporting background, while the fermentation profile remains neutral and free of esters.

Taste. The initial impression is hop-forward, dominated by flavors of citrus pith and resinous wood. A low, clean, bready malt character balances the intensity without adding significant sweetness. Bitterness is firm and unapologetic, leading into a crisp, very dry finish. The aftertaste is hoppy and lingering with a clean, bitter bite.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, crisp texture. Medium-high carbonation enhances the perception of bitterness. A very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, with no harshness or astringency.
