Siren Craft Brew Rational Haze
Rational Haze is a vibrant Hopfenweizen that bridges traditional German craftsmanship with modern aromatic intensity. Pouring a hazy, luminous gold, it immediately releases a complex bouquet where traditional hefeweizen yeast esters of banana and soft clove meet a wave of fresh pineapple and citrus from aggressive dry-hop techniques. The palate is defined by a luxurious, creamy body that carries juicy tropical fruit flavors across a bready, wheat-forward foundation. Despite its elevated strength, it maintains a refreshing character, finishing with a delicate spicy intrigue and a clean, spritzy effervescence that invites the next sip.
Appearance. Color ranges from pale straw to gold (3-5 SRM). The beer exhibits a significant haze from the high wheat content and yeast suspension, crowned by a thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.
