It bursts with a high-intensity hop profile, defined by sticky pine resin, bright tropical fruits, and lush, ripe stone fruit. A clean, subtle pale malt base ensures the hops remain the undisputed star. The experience is exceptionally soft on the palate, offering a juicy, pillowy mouthfeel that elevates the tropical notes before resolving into a remarkably clean, moreish bitterness. It is a highly drinkable, refreshing, and balanced pale ale that beautifully marries modern hop juice with classic structure.
Appearance. Pale golden with a brilliant clarity and a slight, modern luminescence. It is crowned by a dense, rocky, white head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves intricate lacing down the glass.
Aroma. High-intensity aroma dominated by a complex bouquet of tropical mango and passionfruit, layered with ripe peach, apricot stone fruit notes, and a distinct backnote of sticky, damp pine. Taste. Begins with an immediate, juicy wave of tropical fruit and sweet stone fruit flavors. A soft, supportive bready malt backbone emerges briefly before being swept away by a firm, resinous pine hop character. The bitterness is moderate but exceptionally clean and moreish, leading into a dry, crisp finish with a lingering citrus-peel aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a remarkably soft, pillowy, and almost creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate to high, providing a refreshing prickle that cuts through the juicy sweetness without any harshness or astringency. Alcohol warmth is imperceptible.
