Utilizing a double dry-hopped regimen of Idaho 7, Talus, and Galaxy, the beer presents an explosive sensory experience defined by ripe pineapple and lush stone fruit. The Idaho 7 provides a foundational layer of zesty tropical fruit and pine, while Talus introduces unique nuances of pink grapefruit and floral dried roses. Galaxy completes the aromatic profile with bold passion fruit intensity. Despite its 8% ABV, the beer maintains high drinkability with a clean, supportive malt backbone that yields to a firm yet smooth bitterness and a drying finish.
Appearance. Pours a hazy, deep gold to light orange (8 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple, peach, and apricot, supported by subtle grapefruit and resinous pine. A clean, neutral, grainy malt character sits in the background, with a very light, clean alcohol presence and minimal fermentation esters.
