This Wild Specialty Beer captures a vibrant desert aesthetic, pouring with a striking sunset hue derived from the addition of prickly pear and lemon. The aroma is a bright collision of zesty citrus and subtle earthy sweetness, underscored by the complex, funky nuances of a wild fermentation. On the palate, the prickly pear offers delicate notes of melon and bubblegum, while the lemon provides a refreshing, sharp acidity reminiscent of a craft cocktail.
