Single Hill Brewing

Lightweaver presents a luminous, hazy profile that embodies the Hazy IPA style through an intensive double dry-hopped approach. The hop quartet is led by Citra, providing a bright foundation of grapefruit and lime zest, while Cashmere Cryo contributes a smooth layer of melon and subtle coconut. Talus Cryo adds distinctive complexity with notes of pink grapefruit and dried roses. Together, these varieties create a dazzling, fruit-forward experience supported by a soft, bready malt base. This beer balances intense tropical and citrus saturation with a velvety texture, finishing with a gentle, restrained bitterness that invites another sip.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque, hazy clarity with a characteristic 'shine' rather than murkiness. Persistent, rocky white head with meringue-like texture and excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of tropical fruit, citrus, and floral notes. Citra and Talus Cryo drive scents of ripe mango, grapefruit, and rose petals, while Cashmere Cryo adds hints of lemon zest and sweet melon. Background malt is low, suggestive of light bread or fresh grain.

Taste. Dominant, high fruity hop flavor mimics the aroma with citrus-forward notes and stone fruit. Initial impression is juicy and lush. Malt flavor is low and neutral, providing a soft platform for the hops. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft, off-dry finish. No harshness in the lingering hop aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth, soft texture. Moderate carbonation. A light alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated at 6.8% ABV. No astringency or raw starch character.
