Evoking the rustic tradition of the Bavarian Forest, this top-fermented Weissbier presents a lively effervescence that defines the historical Dampfbier heritage. The sensory profile is dominated by a signature yeast-driven interplay of ripe banana and pungent clove, typical of German styles despite its unique all-barley grist. The integration of Biscuit malts adds a distinctive layer of toasted bread and spicy undertones, elevating the malt complexity beyond standard bready notes. It finishes exceptionally clean and dry, with the high carbonation providing a refreshing, prickly 'steam' effect on the palate that perfectly balances the gentle, grainy-sweet malt backbone.
Appearance. Deep gold in color with a slight haze and a brilliant shine. It is topped by a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.
