This unfiltered Czech Premium Pale Lager offers a vibrant sensory evolution of the classic Pilsner style. It opens with a sophisticated foundation of bready, rich malt sweetness characteristic of traditional Czech grains. The twisted hop profile pairs the delicate, spicy, and herbal floral notes of Saaz with a contemporary dry-hopping of Kazbeck. This addition introduces bright, fruity citrus accents that dance above the clean, crisp base. Naturally carbonated and unpasteurised, it delivers a soft, rounded mouthfeel and a long, refreshing finish. The result is a beautifully balanced lager where traditional herbal complexity meets modern zest, concluding with a gentle, lingering bitterness.
Appearance. Deep gold (5 SRM); dense, long-lasting, creamy white head with excellent lacing; hazy to cloudy appearance due to being unfiltered.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity; medium-high bready-rich malt character with a complex hop bouquet of spicy and herbal notes from Saaz, complemented by distinct citrus and lemon zest aromas from the Kazbeck dry hop. Low hop-derived fruity esters; no diacetyl.
Taste. Initial impression of rich, complex bready maltiness. Flavors of fresh bread and light toasted grain are balanced by pronounced floral and spicy hop notes. The Kazbeck hops provide a distinct fruity citrus edge. Bitterness is moderate and rounded, never harsh. The finish is clean and crisp with a soft, lingering bitterness that invites another sip.
