This refined take on the American Lager elevates the classic profile through artisanal craftsmanship and premium ingredients. A base of Vienna malt provides a smooth, bready foundation, subtly enriched by Caramalt for faint notes of toffee. The inclusion of maize ensures the body remains light and highly drinkable, while soft Scottish water provides a velvety texture. Delicate additions of Tettnang hops layer the profile with sophisticated floral and herbal cues. Fermented slowly and conditioned for clarity, this deep golden lager offers a crisp, clean finish that balances gentle malt sweetness with a refreshing snap, making it an exceptionally approachable and elegant session beer.

Appearance. Deep golden color (approximately 5-7 SRM), displaying brilliant clarity. It pours with a white, frothy head that shows moderate retention and leaves light lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Low to moderate intensity with a clean fermentation profile. Initial scents of fresh bread and light grain from the Vienna malt are prominent, followed by a subtle corn-like sweetness from the maize. Faint notes of toffee provide depth, while the hop character remains low, contributing delicate floral and herbal aromas from the Tettnang hops.

Taste. The initial impression is soft and clean, featuring moderate bready and grainy malt flavors. A touch of toffee sweetness is present but restrained.
