This Specialty IPA presents an indulgent, velvety texture driven by a 50% wheat grist. The aromatic profile is a complex tapestry of exotic fruit, showcasing Citra and Mosaic for bright citrus and berry notes, while El Dorado and Nectaron contribute layers of pineapple and stone fruit. Fermentation with a co-pitch of Nectar and Saturated yeasts amplifies the sweet, tropical esters, creating a juicy, multi-dimensional character. A subtle hint of dankness grounds the profile. It finishes with a clean, hop-forward presence, balancing the smooth, creamy body against a well-defined bitterness that highlights its sophisticated Glasgow-brewed craftsmanship.

Appearance. Medium gold to deep amber (6–10 SRM); hazy to opaque with a persistent, dense white head and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pineapple, passionfruit, and mango with a distinct citrus edge. Bready, grain-like wheat malt character is moderate, complemented by high fruity esters (stone fruit and tropical fruit) and a subtle resinous dankness.

Taste. Initial impression is juicy and fruit-forward. Prominent flavors of peach, pineapple, and citrus (grapefruit) dominate the mid-palate. Low to moderate bready wheat malt flavor provides a smooth backbone without clashing with the hops. Bitterness is firm and moderate-high, providing a crisp counterpoint to the sweet exotic fruit notes. Finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering tropical aftertaste.
