This Imperial Gose presents a complex sensory narrative, merging traditional lactic tartness with an eclectic botanical profile. A vibrant pomegranate and sour cherry core provides a deep fruitiness and sharp acidity, while the root beer elements introduce intriguing layers of sarsaparilla, wintergreen, and soft vanilla. Despite the elevated alcohol content, the beer maintains its refreshment through a noticeable sea salt tang that brightens the red fruit character. Appearance. Deep pink to ruby-red color; hazy to opaque from the fruit additions. Moderate, pink-tinted head with fine bubbles and decent retention.
