Drums Please is a modern American Pale Ale that leans into its hazy, chewy texture to deliver a punchy tropical profile. The sensory experience is defined by the heavy usage of Rakau and Sabro hops, resulting in a vibrant bouquet of ripe mango, stone fruit, and distinct creamy coconut. A foundation of soft, bready malt provides a supportive platform without overshadowing the New World hop character. The appearance is pale gold with a signature haze and a persistent white foam. Every sip reveals a balanced bitterness that cleanses the palate, making this fruit-forward ale exceptionally drinkable and refreshing.

Appearance. Pale golden (approximately 6 SRM). Opaque haze with a moderately large, creamy white head and excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderately high intensity featuring prominent tropical fruit esters. Specific notes of coconut and cedar from Sabro mingle with the apricot and peach characteristics of Rakau hops. Low bready maltiness provides a clean background.

Taste. Initial impression of ripe tropical fruits—mango and pineapple—followed by a light coconut creaminess. The malt flavor is neutral to lightly bready. Bitterness is moderate, balancing the fruity sweetness. The finish is medium-dry with lingering stone fruit and a clean, soft aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a slightly soft or chewy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth with no perceived astringency and a subtle, well-integrated alcohol presence.
