Designed as a vibrant, gluten-removed take on the classic American IPA, this refreshing pour delivers a beautifully clean and crisp drinking experience. The aroma is led by a striking harmony of floral, spicy Noble hops alongside citrusy, resinous US hops. On the palate, a lean, light-golden malt structure acts as a tight bassline, allowing bright flavors of fresh grapefruit, pine, and soft herbal tea to take center stage. With a firm, refreshing bitterness and a dry, snapping finish, it packs all the punch of a traditional West Coast style into an approachable, highly sessionable frame.

Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, frothy white head that exhibits good persistence and leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate to high aroma intensity featuring a blend of classic US hop characteristics, notably grapefruit peel and pine resin, complemented by the elegant floral, spicy, and herbal notes of Noble hops. Supported by a low, clean, grainy malt background with a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. An immediate hop-forward impression of citrus and pine, layered with subtle spicy and herbal hop flavors. The malt flavor is low, clean, and crackery, providing a light, dry backbone. Medium-high bitterness is clean and well-integrated. Finishes dry and crisp with a lingering, clean, hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is moderate to high, enhancing the refreshing character. Lacks any harsh astringency or alcohol warmth.
