Ritual Dance presents a vibrant sensory experience characteristic of a modern Hazy IPA. The double dry-hopping process amplifies intense aromas of tropical mango, juicy pineapple, and bright citrus zest, which dominate the foreground. A foundation of grainy, lightly bready malt provides a soft, supportive backbone without distracting from the massive hop-forward profile. On the palate, the fruit intensity continues with saturated notes of stone fruit and passion fruit, leading into a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel. The finish is remarkably soft with a restrained, integrated bitterness and a subtle hint of alcohol warmth from the 7.3% ABV, ensuring high drinkability despite its complexity.
Appearance. Deep straw to light gold (approx. 5 SRM) with a distinct, opaque haze that provides a healthy shine. It is crowned by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a saturated bouquet of crushed pineapple, ripe mango, and tangerine. Background notes of soft, bready malt are present, accompanied by clean, fruity fermentation esters that complement the tropical character.
Taste. High fruity hop flavors mirroring the aroma, led by passion fruit, peach, and citrus oil. The malt provides a low-to-medium bready, cereal-like sweetness. Bitterness is low and smooth, lacking any harshness, leading to an off-dry, juicy finish with a lingering tropical aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a characteristic smooth and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate, and a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without any astringency or raw starch harshness.
