Siesta Strong Ale is a robust American Strong Ale designed for warmth, presenting a rich sensory profile centered on a deep malt backbone. The aroma is dominated by bold toffee and caramel notes, complemented by a subtle nuttiness and a noticeable but well-integrated alcohol presence. While drawing on its Winter Ale inspiration for a crystalline, dark brown appearance, it maintains the style's signature balance through firm bitterness and resinous hop undertones. On the palate, luscious layers of dark fruit and toasted bread give way to a bittersweet finish where malt sweetness meets a clean, lingering hop punch, making it a quintessential cold-weather sipper.
