This California IPA delivers a bright sensory-forward experience focused on a classic West Coast profile. Vibrant aromas of resinous pine and zest dominate the nose, driven by a punchy blend of Simcoe, Crystal, and Chinook hops. Despite its sessionable 4.3% ABV, it maintains an assertive hop presence, layering sharp grapefruit and lemon peel over a lean, crackery malt base. The Chinook provides a signature evergreen bite, while Simcoe adds hints of passionfruit and earth. Crisp and highly attenuated, it finishes with a clean, lingering bitterness that invites another sip, perfectly capturing the refreshing spirit of a light yet bold American IPA.
Appearance. Pale gold to light amber (6–8 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a frothy, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High hop intensity featuring distinct notes of pine resin, grapefruit zest, and subtle spicy earthiness. Low, clean grainy-sweet maltiness provides a neutral backdrop. Fermentation is very clean with negligible yeast-derived esters.

Low malt presence with notes of white bread and light toast. Firm bitterness leads into a very dry, crisp finish with a persistent hoppy aftertaste.
