Siemàn Rive Blanche is an elegant Italian Grape Ale that marries the complexity of wild fermentation with the refined character of white grapes. The sensory profile is defined by a bright, vinous acidity and a sophisticated barnyard funk typical of a Fruit Lambic. Aromas of orchard blossoms and sun-dried hay lead into a palate of tart green fruit and subtle spicy phenols derived from grape skin contact. The finish is remarkably dry and crisp, showcasing a tannic structure that mimics a fine sparkling wine. It is a harmonious blend where the fruit and the wild yeast cultures create a refreshing, multilayered experience.

Appearance. Pours a pale straw to brilliant golden yellow (4-6 SRM). It exhibits excellent clarity with a fine, sparkling effervescence that supports a thin, white, mousse-like head with moderate retention.

Aroma. High intensity with a dominant fermented white grape character, blending floral notes with a distinct lactic tartness. A noticeable wild funk is present, reminiscent of hay and horse blanket, accompanied by low earthy undertones and no hop aroma.

Taste. The initial impression is sharply tart and refreshing, featuring prominent fermented grape flavors. It lacks hop bitterness, relying on high acidity for balance. The malt profile is minimal and wheaty, supporting a complex array of wild yeast characteristics. The finish is bone-dry and clean, with a lingering vinous and slightly tannic aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high, lively carbonation that provides a sparkling sensation on the tongue. It has a puckering, tart quality without being overly astringent, and a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
