Siemàn Incrocio Bianco is an elegant Italian Grape Ale that captures the terroir of the Berici Hills through a complex maturation process. Aged for twelve months in oak with indigenous yeasts, the beer is then finished for three months on Garganega, Incrocio Manzoni, Tai Bianco, and Moscato Bianco grapes. The aromatic profile is led by the floral perfume of Moscato Bianco and the stone fruit character of Incrocio Manzoni. A delicate, wild funk complements a base of light malt. On the palate, vibrant acidity and tropical fruit notes meet a dry, effervescent finish with subtle oak structure.

Appearance. Luminous light gold to pale straw with a persistent, fine-beaded white head. The appearance exhibits a slight haze due to being unfiltered and bottle conditioned, with delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity with dominant floral and fruity esters reminiscent of white wine, featuring peach, apricot, and elderflower. A restrained wild character provides layers of wet hay and leather, while the oak maturation adds a faint whisper of vanillin.

Taste. The initial impression is brightly acidic and wine-like. Significant grape character manifests as pear, pineapple, and green apple, driven by the white grape varieties. Malt is supportive and crackery. A moderate sourness is balanced by low hop bitterness, leading to a bone-dry, lingering finish with a touch of mineral complexity.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a high, effervescent carbonation that lifts the fruit notes. A subtle tannic structure from the oak provides grip, while the 6.3% alcohol offers a light, well-integrated warmth.
