Appearance. Luminous gold with a slight hazy veil (SRM 4-6). Effervescent with a moderate white head that displays fair retention and fine lacing.
Aroma. High intensity. Bright citrus and tropical fruit hop notes are immediate, followed by a rustic Brett character featuring barnyard funk, damp earth, and a hint of spicy oak. Clean fermentation with a subtle vinous edge.
Taste. Initial fruity impression of lemon peel and unripe peach. A moderate hop bitterness quickly yields to a dry, crisp mid-palate.
