Mayador Cider is a Spanish sparkling cider from Bodega Mayador in the Asturias region of northern Spain. Founded in 1939, Bodega Mayador has remained in the family ever since, producing a range of traditional Spanish still ‘sidra’, and sparkling ciders. Founder Manuel Busto continued to work at the cider farm until his death aged 92, tending to his beloved orchards.  Pouring a golden colour, Mayador Cider is a sparkling, medium cider made from pressed Spanish apples.
