Side Project’s Bière Blanche (Blend #3) is a masterful interpretation of a Witbier, refined by the brewery’s signature Missouri Side Project cultures and oak aging. The experience begins with a soft, classic bouquet of zesty orange peel and spicy coriander, underpinned by a delicate bready sweetness. On the palate, the traditional wheat profile is enlivened by a vibrant, citrusy acidity and lemony tartness. The oak aging contributes a nuanced depth and a whisper of vanilla, rounding out the mouthfeel without overshadowing the beer's inherent refreshing qualities. It finishes exceptionally dry, clean, and elegantly complex, bridging farmhouse tradition with classic Belgian aesthetics.
