Sicera Odette is an elegant Traditional Perry that captures the essence of a blossoming orchard through its refined and graceful profile. The sensory experience is defined by a delicate yet frank bouquet of ripe, fresh pears and fragrant white flowers, reminiscent of hawthorn and elderberry. Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (SRM 2-3). Brilliant clarity with a vigorous, effervescent carbonation that produces a thin white head which dissipates quickly, leaving light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring pure, fresh pear fruitiness. Distinct notes of white floral blossoms and elderflower. Clean fermentation profile with no detectable acetic acid or barnyard funk, emphasizing fruit purity.

Taste. Initial impression is one of delicate sweetness followed immediately by a refreshing, citrus-like acidity. Flavors of ripe pears dominate the mid-palate, supported by subtle floral honey. Bitterness is very low, derived from light tannins rather than hops. Finishes clean and crisp with a lingering hint of pear skin.

Mouthfeel. Light-bodied and lean. High carbonation provides a lively, prickly sensation on the tongue. No alcohol warmth is perceived. Very slight, pleasant tannic astringency adds structure without being harsh.
