Presta is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases the award-winning synergy of Galaxy, Citra, and Mosaic hops. The olfactory experience is dominated by an intense burst of tropical fruit juice, specifically highlighting ripe pineapple, fresh mango, and zesty passion fruit. This aromatic profile is supported by a soft, bready malt base that allows the hop-derived oils to take center stage. Its ample, silky body provides a luxurious platform for the resinous hop character, balancing the fruit-forward sweetness with a smooth, integrated bitterness. Designed for ultimate refreshment, it exemplifies the style’s focus on depth and drinkability without becoming overly viscous or cloying.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with a luminous, opaque haze. Features a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing; no visible hop matter or yeast particulates.
Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit including passion fruit, pineapple, and mango. Clean, neutral, grainy malt in the background provides a light bready foundation. Absence of any grassy, herbal, or caramel notes, emphasizing fresh, fruity hop saturation.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with succulent mango and sweet pineapple leading the palate. Low to medium-low bready malt flavor. Bitterness is moderate and smooth, perceived as resinous rather than sharp. Finish is off-dry and clean with a lingering citrus and tropical fruit aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full, pillowy body with a silky, smooth texture. Moderate carbonation and a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Free of any harshness, astringency, or raw starch texture.
