This non-alcoholic American IPA presents a vibrant and refreshing sensory profile driven by a sophisticated blend of Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, and Sabro hops. The aroma is highly expressive, led by bright notes of pink grapefruit and zesty lemon, followed by a distinct creaminess evocative of coconut flesh. On the palate, the experience is dominated by sweet orange and tropical fruit, supported by a remarkably silky texture. Despite the lack of alcohol, the beer maintains a disciplined balance with a soft, integrated bitterness and a clean, dry finish. It is a modern, hop-forward ale that emphasizes fruit-derived complexity and a smooth mouthfeel.
Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM) with a slight, attractive haze. Pours with a medium-sized white head that shows moderate persistence and light lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring prominent citrus notes of pink grapefruit and lemon zest. Distinctive tropical esters and a secondary hint of coconut are present. Malt aroma is very low and clean, providing a faint grainy backdrop with no detectable fermentation byproducts.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-centric, bursting with flavors of sweet orange and coconut flesh from the Sabro and Mosaic hops. The hop bitterness is moderate and smooth rather than aggressive, providing a gentle balance to the very low, grainy malt sweetness.
