The character is anchored by an expressive 'pink lemonade' quality, weaving together the bright, tart zing of fresh raspberries with the unique, earthy-sweet notes of camerise (honeyberry). The fermentation remains clean and purposefully sour, allowing the fruit to shine against a lean, crackery malt backdrop.
