Sibeeria Timeless reimagines the classic Czech Premium Pale Lager by marrying traditional Czech brewing techniques with elegant wood aging. A deep golden pour crowned with a dense, creamy white foam introduces a complex bouquet where the signature herbal and spicy notes of Saaz Special hops intertwine with subtle toasted vanilla, coconut, and fine French oak woodiness. On the palate, a fuller, velvety body driven by a high proportion of unmalted barley supports the rich, bready Czech malt. This bready depth is met by a refined, rounded bitterness and a soft, woody bite, leading to a lingering, clean, and balanced finish.
Appearance. Deep gold color (around 5-6 SRM) with clear to brilliant clarity. Renders with a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head that leaves rich lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Medium-high intensity. Prominent herbal and spicy aromas of Saaz Special hops are intricately layered with a delicate woody, lightly toasted, and soft vanilla character from French oak. Supported by a rich, bready, and sweet cracker-like malt background. Very clean fermentation profile with no esters and a barely perceptible hint of diacetyl.
Taste. Initial impression reveals a rich, complex, bready and doughy malt sweetness, amplified by the unmalted barley. This richness is immediately countered by a pronounced but remarkably soft, rounded bitterness. Herbal and spicy Saaz Special hop flavors mingle with a subtle, dry, toasted oak woody bite. Finishes dry and incredibly clean, with a long, harmonious aftertaste of noble hops and gentle wood.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body, notably rounder and creamier than typical for the style due to the unmalted barley. Moderate carbonation. Smooth, with a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and no harsh oak astringency.
