Sibeeria Steampunk is a refined homage to the California Common style, crafted as a collaboration between Sibeeria and Pivovar Clock. This amber-hued brew captures the historical essence of steam beer, featuring a distinctive sensory profile driven by warm-fermented lager yeast. The aroma presents a rustic bouquet of herbal and woody notes, characteristic of Northern Brewer hops, anchored by a toasty, caramel-tinged malt base. On the palate, a firm but clean bitterness balances the grainy sweetness of the malts, leading to a crisp and dry finish.
