Prague Drinking Team is a bold West Coast India Pale Lager that reinterprets the crisp foundations of a German Pils with modern intensity. This collaboration between Sibeeria and Nova Runda delivers a vibrant sensory experience defined by a high-impact hop profile. Intense aromas of tropical pineapple and zesty blood orange are layered over a subtle, clean malt base reminiscent of toasted cracker. A distinct touch of dankness adds complexity to the bouquet. On the palate, a considerable bitterness takes center stage, driving through a remarkably dry finish. The lager yeast ensures a clean canvas, allowing the aggressive West Coast hopping to shine with a sharp, refreshing character.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3-4 SRM) with brilliant clarity. It features a thick, creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical pineapple and zesty blood orange. A low grainy, cracker-like malt character is present but secondary. A noticeable touch of dankness and herbal resin complements the fruit. Clean fermentation profile without sulfur or esters.

Taste. Initial light, doughy malt flavor is quickly overcome by aggressive hop flavors of blood orange and pineapple. Bitterness is firm and high, persisting well into the finish. The profile is clean and well-attenuated, resulting in a very dry, crisp, and refreshing lager character. The finish is sharp with a lingering resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with medium-high carbonation. Provides a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel with a subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Smooth and free of astringency.
