Sibeeria's Mind Twist is a focused interpretation of a Foreign Extra Stout, emphasizing a clean and unadulterated roasted profile. Despite its 6.3% ABV, the beer maintains a high level of drinkability through a fairly dry finish that avoids the cloying sweetness often found in modern stouts. Appearance. Opaque and very deep brown to black in color (SRM 35-40). It features a large, persistent tan head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity roast aromatics reminiscent of dark chocolate and freshly roasted coffee. Low to moderate esters provide hints of dried fruit, such as raisins or prunes. The aroma is clean with a very subtle, integrated alcohol presence and negligible hop character.

Taste. Prominent roast flavors of cocoa and coffee dominate the initial impression, though without a sharp or burnt grain bite. Secondary notes of dried fruit and a touch of molasses add complexity. Bitterness is medium-high, balancing the rich malt and leading to a moderately dry, clean finish with a lingering roasted aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, creamy character. Carbonation is moderate to moderately high, and there is a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth without any harshness.
