Silly season has always coincided with cucumber harvest and Sibeeria thought it would be a pity not to put some in a tank. Who else to invite to brew gose than SQBRU who knows their way around salt?

These two less-than-usual ingredients we topped up with some fruity, yet spicy pink peppercorns for good measure to make it a proper salad.
