This lightweight Hazy IPA delivers a punchy sensory profile that belies its sessionable strength. Massive additions of Talus, Citra, and Simcoe hops drive intense aromas of pink grapefruit, tropical mango, and a distinct herbal-citrus complexity. The grist, featuring rye, oats, and wheat, provides a remarkably soft, hazy texture that compensates for the low gravity. On the palate, juicy citrus and stone fruit flavors take center stage, supported by a subtle, grainy malt base. It finishes clean and exceptionally refreshing, offering the full fruit complexity expected of the style with a lean, hydrating structure designed for repeat drinking.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3-4 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous quality. Persistent, rocky white head with excellent meringue-like retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical mango, passion fruit, and bright lime from the Citra and Simcoe. Talus adds a unique sage and dried rose petal complexity. Very low grainy, bready malt background with a faint hint of rye spiciness and no caramel.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of orange, pineapple, and subtle resin. Low perceived bitterness that is smooth and well-integrated. The malt flavor is lightly bready and crisp. The finish is dry and clean, leaving a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste without any harshness or heavy sweetness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body, remarkably soft and smooth for the low alcohol content due to the high proportion of flaked grains. Moderate carbonation. Zero alcohol warmth. No astringency or raw starch texture.
