The sensory journey begins with an explosion of stone fruit and berries from HBC 630 and Rakau, while Mosaic contributes layers of tropical fruit and bright citrus. Idaho 7 adds a distinct resinous hint of pine to the finish. A light base of pale malts provides a clean, grainy foundation that stays out of the way, allowing the complex hop oils to dominate. This golden, opaque ale offers a crisp and refreshing character, balancing its sessionable strength with an expressive hop-forward finish.
