Sibeeria ESCape is a bold Double IPA that balances a robust malt foundation with an intense, multi-layered hop profile. The aromatic introduction is dominated by tropical fruit and resinous pine, driven by the purposeful trio of Ekuanot, Simcoe, and Columbus hops. On the palate, Ekuanot provides layers of melon and citrus, while Simcoe adds a distinctive passionfruit and forest-like depth, supported by the pungent, herbal dankness of Columbus. Despite its substantial 8.5% ABV and big malty body, the beer maintains a clean, dry finish characteristic of the style, ensuring that the firm, high bitterness remains the focal point without becoming harsh.

Appearance. Gold to deep orange-copper (SRM 8-12); clear with a slight haze from heavy dry-hopping; moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; pungent hop character featuring pineapple, mango, and papaya alongside resinous pine and a touch of herbal dankness. Low, clean, bready malt sweetness in the background; neutral fermentation profile with a hint of clean, supportive ethanol.

Taste. Powerful hop-forward impression; flavors of grapefruit, passionfruit, and resinous spruce. Firm, high bitterness that is clean and well-integrated. Medium-low supportive malt provides a bread-crust and light honey foundation. Finish is dry to medium-dry with a long, lingering bitterness and tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, velvety texture. Moderate carbonation. Noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth that enhances the perceived richness. Low hop-derived astringency.
