Cryonaut is a luminous, ultra-modern Cold IPA born from a collaboration between the craft innovators at Sibeeria and the legendary Pilsner Urquell. Brewed with traditional Pilsner malt and flaked rice, it utilizes lager yeast and open fermentation to achieve a remarkably clean, crisp profile. The sensory experience is dominated by an intense bouquet of American and New Zealand hops, delivering sharp layers of grapefruit, lime, and tropical passionfruit. Its exceptionally pale body and bone-dry finish provide a neutral canvas that allows the vibrant hop bitterness to shine. This beer perfectly marries heritage Czech lager techniques with a contemporary, high-impact hop-forward character.

Appearance. 3-5 SRM. Brilliant clarity, very pale straw to light gold. Large, dense white head with excellent persistence and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Bold citrus and tropical fruit from the American and New Zealand hops. Low, clean, grainy-sweet Pilsner malt character. Extremely clean fermentation profile with no yeast esters or phenols.

Taste. High hop flavor mirroring the aroma, featuring bright citrus zest and tropical fruit notes. Low, neutral grainy maltiness. Firm, clean hop bitterness that lingers into a very dry, crisp finish. No caramel or toast. Aftertaste is hoppy and refreshing.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, snappy texture. High carbonation. Smooth without any harshness or astringency. Minimal alcohol warmth.
