This non-alcoholic Straight Sour Beer offers a vibrant sensory profile driven by a complex infusion of blood orange and botanicals. Bright, zesty citrus from the blood orange leads the charge, immediately met by the resinous, needle-like herbal aroma of rosemary and the citrusy, floral spice of coriander seed. Despite its 0.5% ABV, it maintains a crisp, refreshing character with a clean lactic acidity. A light graininess provides a foundation for the fruit's tartness and a subtle salinity, finishing remarkably dry and effervescent with a lingering botanical snap that balances the acidity.

Appearance. Pale straw with a slight pinkish-orange tint (3-4 SRM) and a slight haze. Pours with a moderate white head that dissipates quickly, leaving minimal lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of sharp, lactic sourness blended with dominant notes of fresh blood orange zest. Moderate herbal rosemary and floral coriander seed provide a complex botanical layer over a very low, crackery malt base. No hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression is a brisk, clean lactic sourness followed by tangy blood orange juice and zest. The mid-palate reveals savory rosemary and peppery coriander. Low grainy malt flavor supports the acidity. Hop bitterness is undetectable. The finish is very dry, tart, and refreshing with a lingering citrus and herbal aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Light body with a thin, crisp texture. High carbonation provides an effervescent, prickly sensation. Alcohol warmth is non-existent. Crisp acidity without being bitingly harsh.
