Náš dry hopped Kölsch je za studena bohatě nachmelený odrůdami Nelson Sauvin (Bliss) a Eclipse, a navíc jsme při horkém přečerpávání do fermentoru přidali velkou dávku Amarilla přímo do mladiny. Výsledkem je lehký, svěží a citrusový zážitek z pití, který nám umožnil vyzkoušet nové zajímavé techniky přidávání chmele a dále rozvíjet a vylepšovat naše dry hopped ležáky.

A teamwork with the Philly lager prodigies at Human Robot, this dry hopped Kölsch features a healthy dry hopping of Nelson Sauvin (Bliss) and Eclipse alongside a large, hop dipped addition of Amarillo, straight into the fermenter during hot transfer. This has created a light, crisp and citrucy drinking experience that has given us the opportunity to try interesting new hop addition techniques and ever improve and iterate on our dry hopped lagers.       Složení: Voda, ječný slad, chmel. Sibeeria brewed a modern version of the German style Dry Hopped Kölsch in collaboration with the American brewery Human Robot. This very pale lager is reminiscent of the lightness of the Mexican-style, but with a completely original character thanks to the hops used. The beer is cold hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Eclipse varieties, with a dose of Amarillo added to the wort during the boil. The result is a crisp, light beer with distinct citrus notes, mild bitterness and a pleasant malt line. More
