Další důkaz, že ne každá kalná IPA od Sibeerie musí být sladká. Použili jsme jednoduchý sladový základ výhradně z ječného sladu a zakvasili novým kmenem kvasinek Aurora, který do piva přináší jak ovocné estery, tak čistotu a skvělou pitelnost. Všestranný a vrstevnatý chmel Simcoe v tomto pivu vyniká zejména charakteristickým aroma grapefruitu. Doporučený objem sklenice: půllitr.
