This Wild Specialty Beer is a complex, sensory-driven collaboration that challenges traditional boundaries. An intense tropical profile led by ripe mango and creamy banana is elevated by the citrus and passionfruit notes of Citra, Strata, and Simcoe hops. The addition of coconut and kaffir lime leaves provides a bright, aromatic counterpoint to the dense, pastry-like sweetness from lactose and maltodextrin. Most distinctive is the subtle undercurrent of Indian curry spices, which lends a savory depth and earthy warmth to the vibrant acidity.
