různé chmely a dvě verze stejného piva, které si nejlíp můžete dopřát na jednom místě vedle sebe. Použili jsme tmavější sladový základ než u našich ostatních ležáků, aby zvládl větší dávku chmele. V tomhle případě to byl pořádný pytel v Čechách vypěstovaného Summitu ve vířivé kádi a nemalé množství nové české odrůdy Saturn na studené straně procesu. Bilocation se značně liší od všech ležáků, co jsme doposud uvařili. Nabízí intenzivní aroma, ve kterém dominuje grapefruit a nektarinky, ale i suché, sladovější tělo s nádhernou citrusovou hořkostí.

Bilocation is a miraculous ability to be in two places at once, like this golden lager that we brewed with La Quince in Spain and in Czechia. Same recipe, same process, different hops and two versions of the same beer that are best enjoyed in one place next to each other. We made the base darker than all our regular lagers to withstand the higher hop rate. That being a massive bag of Czech-grown Summit in the whirlpool and a considerable charge of Saturn, a modern Czech variety, on cold side. Bilocation is quite unlike any lager we’ve brewed before. Its intense grapefruit-forward aroma with hints of nectarine leads the way to a dry, maltier body with glorious citrusy bitterness. Less
