This collaborative American IPA captures a classic resinous character with a modern tropical twist. Utilizing Simcoe CRYO and Ekuanot hops, the sensory profile opens with sharp, dank pine and sticky resin. These woodsy notes transition into bright layers of grapefruit zest and sweet pineapple. The malt presence remains restrained and clean, allowing the hop oils to define the experience. It pours with a light gold hue and a persistent white head. With a crisp, dry finish and moderate bitterness, this East Coast-inspired ale emphasizes high drinkability and a balanced, refreshing hop saturation that lingers pleasantly on the palate without any lingering harshness.

Appearance. Pale gold to light amber in color with a slight haze. Topped with a medium-sized, white, persistent head that leaves fine lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of fresh pine needles and resinous sap. Supporting layers of tropical fruit, specifically pineapple and grapefruit pith, are present. Low, clean, grainy-sweet malt provides a neutral background with a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. The initial impression is hop-forward and resinous. The mid-palate reveals flavors of grapefruit and tropical pineapple. Bitterness is firm but smooth, balancing the low, bready malt character. The finish is dry and clean with a lingering semi-bitter aftertaste of pine and citrus zest.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, non-astringent texture. Moderate carbonation provides a refreshing lift. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present.
