Showtime ! Brüt presents a sophisticated take on a Specialty IPA, merging the stark, bone-dry finish of a Brut with the visually striking dark aesthetic of the style. The sensory experience is led by the unique Oktawia hops, which cast an elegant profile of white grape, green berries, and soft herbal notes against a backdrop of restrained chocolate and toasted malts. At 7.2% ABV, it offers a clean fermentation and high carbonation that lifts the delicate hop esters, ensuring the moderate roasted character never overpowers the hop-forward balance. This beer finishes remarkably crisp, leaving a lingering, sophisticated bitterness.

Appearance. Dark brown to black color (SRM 25–40). Large, persistent light tan head with excellent retention and lacing. Clear to slight haze, though largely opaque due to depth of color.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring white grape, green berry, and herbal notes from the Oktawia hops. Moderate malt character provides low chocolate and toast notes with a background caramel sweetness. Clean fermentation profile with very low fruity esters.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of white grape and herbs. Low malt flavor with restrained chocolate and coffee notes, avoiding any burnt or ashy character. Bitterness is firm and medium-high, balancing the hop profile without being harsh. Finishes bone-dry with a lingering clean bitterness and a faint hint of toasted malt.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth. Smooth texture with no astringency and a crisp, light creaminess.
