Skyote is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop profile driven by Citra and Nelson Sauvin. The experience begins with an explosion of aroma, where Citra contributes bright grapefruit and lush peach, while Nelson Sauvin introduces distinctive notes of crushed gooseberry and crisp white wine. On the palate, these layers merge into a complex tropical medley of passionfruit and citrus. Its signature soft, plush mouthfeel carries the intense fruit flavors without the harsh bitterness of traditional IPAs, finishing with a gentle, lingering juiciness. The 8.2% ABV is expertly integrated, providing a subtle warmth that enhances the beer’s substantial, velvety presence.
Appearance. Straw to light orange with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous sheen. It supports a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring stone fruit and tropical notes. Prominent grapefruit and peach from Citra blend with the vinous white wine and gooseberry character of Nelson Sauvin. Background notes of bready, grainy malt and a clean fermentation profile.
