The intricate grist of BestMunich, BestVienna, and BestPils creates a rich foundation of fresh-baked bread and toasted crust. A subtle addition of Caramunich 1 and CarafaSpecial 3 introduces a complex, lingering note of chestnut honey without adding roasted astringency. Hopped with Magnum for a balanced bitterness and Spalter Select for a delicate herbal lift, the profile is clean and deeply malty.
