American Pale Ale 4.4 º
This DDH American Pale Ale presents a vibrant, celestial hop profile on a sessionable 4.4% ABV frame. The aroma and flavor are dominated by a cosmic trio of hops: Mosaic provides deep notes of tropical mango and mixed berries, while Talus contributes unique accents of dried roses and zesty grapefruit. The addition of Sabro adds a creamy, interstellar touch of coconut and stone fruit. The malt character is intentionally restrained, offering a clean, bready foundation of neutral pale grains that ensures the focus remains on the complex hop tapestry. It finishes crisp and dry, inviting another sip of this refreshing, star-bound brew.
Appearance. Pale golden to light amber (6 SRM). Though traditionally clear, this unfined version displays a persistent, soft haze. Topped with a moderately large, white, creamy head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tropical pineapple, citrus zest, and ripe berries. Distinctive floral rose and herbal sage notes are present, backed by a subtle coconut and cedar sweetness.
