This refreshing pale ale leans into its dual-malt base to provide a succulent, biscuity foundation that supports a bright array of New World hops. The aroma and palate are defined by a lively interplay of citrus and tropical fruit notes, diverging from traditional earthy tones while maintaining the style’s hallmark drinkability. Exceptionally balanced and clean, Atlantic marries the sessionability of a classic British bitter with the punchy, aromatic fruitiness of contemporary hop varieties, finishing dry with a firm but approachable bitterness and trademark complexity.
Appearance. Pale gold to light amber (approx. 8–10 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a thin, creamy off-white head that demonstrates moderate retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring a bready, biscuity malt backbone. Prominent New World hop character brings notes of lime zest, grapefruit, and subtle pineapple. Light fruity esters complement the hop-derived citrus without any detectable diacetyl.
Taste. Initial impression is of crisp, toasted bread and succulent malt. This is quickly followed by hop-driven flavors of citrus peel and tropical fruit.
