The addition of Ghanan Cocoa Nibs layers deep, bittersweet chocolate atop an already chocolatey malt base, creating a luxurious richness. Ripe banana notes are expertly integrated, providing a creamy fruitiness that rises through the aroma and palate. Shredded coconut adds a soft, oily roundness, further smoothing the intense 13% ABV. Appearance. Jet black and completely opaque (40+ SRM). Crowning the beer is a thick, persistent, deep tan head with dense lacing. High viscosity is evident through heavy legs when the glass is swirled.

Aroma. High intensity featuring a rich blend of dark chocolate, Ghanan Cocoa Nibs, and espresso. Pronounced notes of ripe, caramelized banana and sweet toasted coconut dominate the bouquet, supported by a hint of smooth alcohol warmth and dark fruit esters like raisins.

Taste. Initial impression is exceptionally rich with layers of bittersweet cocoa and molasses. The mid-palate introduces integrated banana sweetness and creamy coconut that rounds out the roasted grain bitterness. Hop flavor is very low, allowing the malt and adjuncts to lead. The finish is moderately sweet and lingering with a pleasant, warming aftertaste of fudge and dark fruit.
