This Sweet Coffee Mead presents an opulent sensory profile, marrying the richness of dark honey with deep-roasted coffee and the intricate influence of American Oak barrel aging. The 15% ABV provides a significant, well-integrated warmth that supports a complex bouquet of green coffee beans, vanilla, and hints of red fruit. On the palate, the sweetness of the honey is punctuated by roasted coffee and bright cherry notes, while the Bourbon barrel contributes layers of charred oak and coconut.
