Seven Island Brewery’s Pineapple Crush is a vibrant Fruit Beer built on a lush New England IPA foundation. The addition of fresh pineapple juice melds seamlessly with the tropical profile of Citra hops, creating an olfactory punch of grilled pineapple, lime zest, and ripe mango. It presents a thick, hazy appearance with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel characteristic of the base style. On the palate, the fruit’s natural acidity provides a refreshing counterpoint to the creamy malt base, while the bitterness remains restrained to let the sun-drenched pineapple flavors lead into a juicy, lingering finish that highlights the integration of fruit and hop oils.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange with a distinct opaque haze; features a thick, frothy white head with excellent retention and heavy lacing. The pineapple addition imparts a slight yellow tint to the foam.
