Dominant notes of lemon zest and lime are complemented by exotic floral esters from Buddha's Hand and the distinctive, perfume-like aromatics of Bergamot and Yuzu. Malt is low and neutral, providing a clean, cracker-like background. Hop aroma is minimal to allow the fruit complexity to shine.
Taste. The initial impression is a burst of bright, acidic citrus flavors. Tangy Kumquat and Limquat provide a sharp edge, while Lemon Pear and Poncil Lemon add a softer, juice-like depth. The Bergamot contributes a subtle, herbal, Earl Grey-like quality. Malt flavor is low, offering a light grainy sweetness that quickly transitions to a dry, zesty finish. Bitterness is low to moderate, partly derived from citrus pith, providing a clean and refreshing snap.
